Led a diverse team of over 60 data engineers, architects, analysts, and data scientists in architecting, developing, and optimizing on-premise and cloud-based data analytics solutions. This effort drove innovation across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Workplace Safety business verticals. The team was accountable for comprehensive data services that enabled advanced analytics and AI/ML enterprise solutions, thereby improving operational efficiency and compliance.
Managed a team of data engineers, analysts, and developers overseeing GM's global data warehouse for vehicle claims and product safety. Additionally, this team provided support for a suite of tools used by the Global Quality business unit. I expanded the BI & Analytics team to bolster the Global Product Development & Quality organization, focusing on the development of advanced analytics and BI solutions.

This team was tasked with providing 24/7 Level 1 and Level 2 production support for global banking systems, including Internet Banking, ATMs, IVRs, and Securities Trading. In addition to these responsibilities, I oversaw a dedicated team focused on the infrastructure and environment management of all channel applications. This included overseeing application infrastructure, monitoring, security, and fostering cross-functional engagement with other technology teams. Furthermore, I managed a DevOps team, which specialized in developing support tools and automating manual tasks, further enhancing operational efficiency.
